We are currently looking to hire PAYROLL ASSISTANT, for Tanzania business human resource department These roles will be field and office based and requires candidates with knowledge for the job if your are looking for a career in human resource then you’re are the person we are looking for.

JOB POSITION: PAYROLL ASSISTANT
REPORT TO: HUMAN RESOURCE BUSINESS PARTNER
LOCATION: MUFINDI, TANZANIA.
BUSINESS CONTEXT AND MAIN PURPOSE OF THE JOB
To manage supervise and deliver UTT non- management payroll for sub staff and genera; labor and provide payroll activities and returns support to unit payrolls.
MAIN ACCOUNTABILITY OF PAYROLL ASSISTANT
    Process accurate and timely payroll data to bank
    Execute payroll accounting and reconciliation.
    Ensure accurate and timely calculation and remittance of individual pay advice to pay intuitions.
    To input to payroll systems against new collective bargaining agreement, transfer, promotions and appointments for payroll accuracy.
    Process statutory deduction, report and remit to finance for pay outs i.e. tax NSSF, PPF etc.
    Prepare and submits timely monthly payroll service level agreement reports.
    Implement payroll KPIs to manage end year processes.
    Computation of final benefits during exit processes,
    Prepare annual reports and manage end year processes such as taxation and provisions.
    Provide ad tract customer services level i.e.  as tracking through-put to manage customer expectations and payroll queries.
    Track case and grievances progress and resolutions to report on monthly basis to HRBP.
    Ensure accurate and timely processing of tax issues and manage data integrity and confidentiality by third part.
    Ensure employees get their pay slips within due timeline.
    Provide payroll KPIs reports and data as required.
RELEVANT SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
     Bachelors degree in Business related field
    2-3 years experience in payroll management
    Knowledge of HRM and payroll software will be added advantage
    Highly analytical.
    Attention to detail.
    Good interpersonal and communication skills.
    Confidentiality and higher integrity
