PURPOSE STATEMENT
DAWASCO is a Public Corporation which was established to provide water and sewerage services to the City of Dar Es Salaam and some parts of Coast Region. It has vacancies which has to be filled immediately. Applications are now invited from suitable candidates to fill the various positions below.

Duties and Responsibilities

Driving cars and trucks and to provide transport to staff when needed.
Keep and maintain vehicle's logbook for assigned vehicle.
Transporting parcels from DAWASCO to other stakeholders and within DAWASCO business units by dispatch
Ensure that assigned vehicles is clean and in good working condition.
Carrying out any other related duties as may be assigned by Supervisor.

Qualifications and Experience
Holder of Secondary School Certificate with passes in English with a class "C" Clean driving license, training as a motor vehicle mechanic will be an added advantage. The candidate should have undergone training with NIT or VETA plus 3 years of continuous employment as a driver in a reputable institution
