Structure
This group of interns will go through a one-year intensive training and development curriculum to deliver personalised, accelerated development to be the pioneers needed to drive spirits business performance and growth. In that time, the interns will be under a one year contract and only once the programme is successfully completed will they be moved to permanent contracts under Sales or Marketing department within SBL. They will be placed all over Tanzania.

2; PROCESS OPERATOR AT SERENGETI BREWERIES LIMITED
Serengeti Breweries Limited (SBL) is a fully integrated beverage business in Diageo Africa (supply and demand for beer and spirits) It is a subsidiary of East Africa Breweries Limited (EABL), the largest business unit in Diageo Africa and the largest listed Company on the NSE in Kenya. SBL operates exclusively in Tanzania and is the second largest beer company with a market share of around 25%.

8. all waste remove from section & transfer to waste yard
9. Eating food & drinking beer or other alcoholic drink inside of brewing department is strictly prohibited
10. any abnormal things within department inform to Technician

3: INBOUND/OUTBOUND LOGISTIC COORDINATOR AT SERENGETI BREWERIES LIMITED

Leadership Responsibilities:
Directly managing a team of logistics controllers
Purpose of the Role:
Ensuring the opening and closing stock balances and that empties are available for packaging.
Key Accountabilities.
1. Prepare and publish the opening stock balances
2. Consolidate and publish the stock position of beer, spirits and empties
3. Ensure all inbound inventory is receipted and posted timely both physically and in the system(SAP)as per the SOP
4. Prepare and publish daily stock transfer tracker at an interval of 2 hours daily
5. Coordinate all process and logistics activities that are not limited to systems inventory movement posting like scrapping, intra-location stock, transfers, rework
6. Manage daily reconciliation
7. Preparation of an incidence report whenever there ia a safety hazard
8. Conduct the toolbox meeting
Qualifications and Experience Required:
Certification in relevant field of study
Experience:
1. 5 years hands-on experience in warehouse/logistics operations, 2 of which must have been spent on logistics scheduling, preferably in an FMCG manufacturing environment.
2. Experienced in warehouse management.
3. Knowledge of ISO 9001, HACCP, ISO14001& OHSAS, 18001 standards.
4. Proficient in the use of ERP systems, preferably Tally, Maximo/SAP

Accountabilities
Full beer / spirit inventory management
• Posting fulls beer /spirit received from SBL DAR, SBL MWANZA, SBL Moshi, NAIROBI and other locations received at the DHL Depot into the SAP system.
• Posting primary breakages ( transit and warehouse breakages) into SAP Accounting System on a weekly basis ( includes spilage/under fill also )
• Send the daily report of fulls stocks received from SBL DAR , SBL Mwanza, SBL Moshi and KBL to the relevant party for the daily reconciliation of dispatches
• Daily Reconciliation of the closing balances in SAP with the Physical Stocks and get the signed acknowledgement from D HL counterparts.
• Provide the fulls data with costing to OTC in case of any accident /theft happened by DHL trucks to make the debit note.
Empties Management
• Daily posting of the empties received from customers to SAP Accounting software
• Physical count of the Empties at the empties yard and get signed acknowledgement from DHL
• Maintain an Excel report of the empties dispatched to other locations from the DHl empties yard e.g. SBL DAR, SBL MWANZA, SKBL NAIROBI and email to the respective
• Daily reconciliation of the physical empties at the DHL Empties Yard – i.e Opening stock add empties received less empties dispatched to arrive at the closing stock, compare the closing stock with the physical stock with DHL sign ( as above point no 2)
• Individual reconciliation of empties status with Ads/Depots on a monthly basis and get confirmation from the concerned on or before 10th of every month.

5: SHIFT BREWER AT SERENGETI BREWERIES LIMITED

To manage a Brewing Shift Team to be able to produce quality wort and beer at optimum cost in most efficient manner at a safest way while maintaining a good team morale.

Qualifications and Experience Required:
1. Bsc in Food Science and Technology or any other Degree in the field of natural sciences studies.
2. At least 6 months experience in active Brewing Practices in an established brewery

To ensure that there is accurate and up to date stocks control and reconciliation in addition to supporting the LBU finance team in Performance Analysis, Improvement of systems and procedures as well as invoicing third parties.
Qualification and Requirements
• Qualified CPA(K)/ACCA/ACMA or B.COM.
• SAP Manufacturing ,PTP, and OTC
• Sound people management skills, including the ability to motivate and challenge a team to deliver results.
• Knowledge of all aspects of a finance function, including financial accounting and statutory reporting requirements.
• Extensive knowledge of Excel.
